When she returns, help her to give the stove a really good inspection! >> Where is the dragon, and how do I get the mirror? Did you find the dagger under the rock? It is just west of the castle moat. Push the rock to uncover the hole. Well, how deeply have you thought about this? Cut the bucket free from the well. Lower the rope, and then climb down the rope. Type DIVE to go underwater. Quickly swim throught the little hole to the west. Save the water until the dragon is very close to you, then throw it. The dragon will leave in a huff, and move the boulder. Take the mirror. >> The Leprechaun's Domain >> How do I get onto the island just south of the castle? One if by land, two if by sea, three if by... Condor? Jump up to let the bird near the cave grab you. >> How can I get past the rat? You could just give away one of your hard earned treasures. Or he might settle for something from the witch's house. Give him the cheese from the cupboard in the witch's house. >> How can I be passin' the likes o' the Leprechaun now? Maybe a little of the wearing of the green? If you have the beans, plant them two screens east of the old man. Then, climb the bean stalk, of course! (Better save your game.) >> How can I defeat the giant, and reclaim the magic chest? There are two ways, one more gentle the other. (And worth more points!) The fierce solution is like another mismatched fight, with you as David. You will need the pebbles from near the bend in the river. You will also need the sling-shot from beneath the tree up in the clouds. The tree with the sling-shot is all the way to the east. Smite the giant, and take the chest. Or, for the gentle solution, you can be protected by... the magic shield. Eventually the giant goes to sleep. Take the chest. >> Finale >> What are the assorted treasures scattered about, and where are they? There should be three treasues, not tools, to be found. There is a golden nut, a pouch of diamonds, and a golden egg. The golden walnut is in a normal looking walnut, north of the cliff door. The diamonds are found in the stump south of the goat's gate. The golden egg is in the tree south of the door in the cliff. >> How do I complete my quest? First, you need all three magic treasures. Then the castle doors will unlock. You must KNEEL at the foot of the throne.
